Various forms of childcare are available in Voorschoten.

Childcare Register

Childcare centres, childcare agencies and childminders must meet statutory quality requirements to be included in the national Childcare Register. The GGD Hollands Midden inspects childcare centres according to national guidelines to see whether they meet these quality requirements. The inspection reports are public and can be found in the National Childcare Register.
If it appears that a childcare centre does not meet the requirements, the municipality will take enforcement action.

You are only eligible for a potential contribution from the tax authorities towards childcare costs if your childcare organisation is included in the national childcare register. Childminders and childcare agencies must both be registered.
