Reimbursement for School Housing Facilities

Schools may receive compensation from the municipality for school facilities. The municipality is responsible for funding the construction of new (replacement) schools and school expansions.

What should I do?

You apply for the reimbursement with the municipality. The sample form below shows what information you need to provide. This sample will help you gather all the necessary information completely and correctly.

How long does it take?

The competent authority must submit the application for inclusion of a facility in the program to the municipal executive. The application must be received no later than April 1 of the year in which the program is adopted by the municipal executive. Applications received after April 1 will not be considered.

A decision must be made no later than December 31 of the year of application.
