Reimbursement for School Housing Facilities

Schools can receive compensation from the municipality for accommodation facilities. The municipality is responsible for paying for (replacement) new construction and expansion of schools.

What to do?

You apply for the compensation through the municipality. The sample form below shows what information you need to fill out. This example helps you gather all necessary information completely and correctly.

How long does it take?

The competent authority must submit the application for inclusion of a facility in the “ programme ” to the executive board. The application must be received no later than April 1 of the year in which the “ programme ” is adopted by the executive board . Applications received after April 1 will not be processed.

A decision must be made no later than December 31 of the application year.
