The competent authority must submit an application to the municipal executive to include a facility in the program; this application must be received by the municipal executive no later than April 1 of the year in which the program in question is adopted by the municipal executive. The municipal executive will not consider applications received after this date. The application form is based on the 2015 Voorschoten Municipal Regulation on Educational Facilities.
For each type of application, please complete one form per building. The application must be submitted in its entirety using this application form.
