The competent authority must submit an application to include a facility in the “ programme ” to the “ executive board ,” and this application must be received by April 1 of the year in which the relevant “ programme ” is adopted by the “ executive board .” Applications received after this date will not be processed by the “ executive board .” The application form is based on the 2015 Regulation on Educational Facilities in the Municipality of Voorschoten.
Please complete one form per building for each type of application. DE application must be submitted completely and in full via this application form.
