Placing an information stand
An information booth is a stand where you provide information and/or sell items for a charity or an organization. If you want to set up an information booth in a public place, you need a permit ( licence ). You also need this permit ( licence ) if you want to set it up on your own property that borders a public road.
What to do?
You can apply for the “ licence ” with the municipality. Please provide the following information:
- Why you want to place the information stand.
- Where you want to place the information stand.
- The time or period when you will use the information stand.
How long does it take?
You will receive a response from the municipality within 8 weeks regarding whether you will receive the “ licence .”
File an objection
Do you disagree with the municipality's decision? If so, you can submit an objection within 6 weeks.
