Fees are essentially charges for municipal services. These include the issuance of passports, driver’s licenses, Municipal extracts , and permits. The rates are set by the Municipal Services and Public Administration Act ( municipal council ) and are listed in the fee schedule accompanying the Fees Ordinance.
