Announcements
Starting January 1, 2015, the municipality will publish municipal notices exclusively in digital form viawww.officielebekendmakingen.nl (external link). Municipal notices will no longer be published in a door-to-door newspaper. The municipal council decided this in October 2014 for budgetary reasons. Current versions of municipal regulations can be found in thelocal laws database (external link). Historical versions can be found there by searching for a specific date in the past.
You can view permits currently under review for activities such as construction or renovation, tree removal, the installation of advertising signs, and demolition.
If you would like to consult publications regarding land allocation or the encumbrance of real rights on land by the municipality, you can view them here.
Would you like to stay informed about decisions in your neighborhood?
Would you like to know if there will be any construction projects in your area soon? Or if trees are going to be cut down in your neighborhood? Then sign up for the free email service via the websitewww.berichtenoveruwbuurt.overheid.nl (external link). You can also download the “Over uw buurt” app, which provides a quick and clear overview of which decisions affect your neighborhood. The app is available for Android, iPhone, iPad, and Windows via the App Store, Google Play, or the Microsoft Store. You can also download the “Omgevingsalert” app there. That app also provides information about permits.
This way, you'll never miss another public notice in your ZIP code area, and you'll have plenty of time to file an objection if necessary.
