Apply for an Environmental Permit

Home - Omgevingsloket (overheid.nl) On this national website, which features a Q&A tree, you can apply for your building and tree-cutting permits. You can also check whether a permit is required.

View Environmental Permit (Pending)

During the application, processing, and decision-making stages of an environmental permit or tree-cutting permit, you have the option to view these documents. These documents are sent digitally via email. There is no charge for this service.

View construction drawing(s) (construction archive)

You can request or view building plans and floor plans for properties. These documents will be sent to you digitally via email within 5 business days. You must pay online immediately using the request form. The fee is €15.20 (2025). You can request building plans for one address at a time.

Complex and routine construction questions

Do you have questions about the details of your environmental permit? You can speak with a case manager about your construction plans, application, and the processing of your environmental permit. The case manager has experience with construction cases and will need to familiarize themselves with your case file.
