Public Notice of the Allotment of Municipal Land

For every disposition of municipal real property (sale of land, leasing, granting of building rights), we act transparently; that is why we publish all such dispositions. This allows you to indicate that you would like to be considered for an agreement, as we, as a municipality, strive for equal treatment. However, the municipality may also select a single suitable party. In such cases, we will explain the reasons in the publication document.

Below you will find two types of publications: a selection procedure for issuance or a one-on-one issuance. With these publications, we are complying with the Supreme Court’s ruling of November 26, 2021 (the Didam ruling).

Response Deadline

In order to ensure progress in these issuance processes and to obtain clarity regarding the legal certainty of the transactions, the municipality has established a response period of 20 calendar days following publication.

This is a deadline. If you have not responded or filed a motion for summary judgment within the specified deadline of 20 calendar days, you will be deemed not to object to the proposed land grant described above and will be deemed to have waived your rights in this matter.

If you have any questions about the proposed sale, please contact the Land Affairs Team by email at grondzaken@voorschoten.nl or by mail at Leidseweg 25, 2250 AJ Voorschoten, citing the file number (formatted as Z/year/number).
