The owner and any manager(s) are 21 years of age or older.
The sex workers who work there are 21 years of age or older.
The sex business is in line with the municipality's environmental plan.
The sex business complies with the requirements regarding facilities, fire safety, and operations (including hygiene).
The operator and any manager(s) may not be under guardianship.
The operator and any manager(s) may not have been deprived of parental authority or guardianship.
The operator and any manager(s) must be of good character.

What should I do?

Consult with the municipality in advance. When doing so, provide the following:

a description of the company
the company's name and address
the name and contact information of the owner and any manager(s)

What do I need?

A copy of the identification document of the owner and any manager(s).
A statement regarding payment history and compliance with tax obligations from the Tax Authority.
A lease or purchase agreement for the sex business's location.
If available, please include a sketch of the scene and a floor plan of the location.
A business plan.
