Opening hours Make a one-time adjustment for the hospitality industry
If you’re organizing a party or event at your restaurant or bar, you may want to temporarily adjust your operating hours ( opening hours ). In that case, you’ll need to apply to the municipality for an exemption to stay open later.
What to do?
You must apply for an exemption from the municipality at least 8 weeks in advance. Please provide the following information with your application:
- your name and the name of the manager
- name and address of your hospitality establishment
- why you wish to remain open longer
- on which day(s) you wish to remain open longer
- until what time you wish to remain open
