Make a one-time adjustment to restaurant and bar hours
If you’re organizing a party or event at your restaurant or bar, you may want to adjust your hours of operation for that occasion. In that case, you’ll need to apply to the municipality for a waiver to stay open later.
What should I do?
You must apply for an exemption from the municipality at least 8 weeks in advance. Please include the following information with your application:
- your name and the name of your supervisor
- Name and address of your hospitality business
- Why you want to stay open longer
- On which day(s) would you like to stay open longer?
- until what time you want to stay open
