Environmental licence

For certain activities on or around your house or commercial building, you need an environmental licence. For example, if you are going to (re)build, demolish, install an alarm system, or want to cut down a tree.

What to do?

Through the Omgevingsloket website at , you can use the permit check tool to determine whether you need a “ licence .” You can also apply for a “ licence ” directly there. And you can use the “regels” section on Map to see which regulations apply to a specific location,
