Energy Allowance

The energy allowance is financial assistance for low-income residents—that is, those with an income of up to 120% of the social minimum. The energy allowance helps cover high energy bills. This year, €800 in energy allowance is available per household.

You can no longer apply for the 2023 energy allowance.

Did you receive the letter dated June 20, 2024, stating that you received the energy allowance in error? If so, there’s no need to worry. We’ll resolve this matter and will not ask for the money back.
