Mayor Nadine Stemerdink Congratulates Nine New Dutch Citizens
As of Monday, July 7, nine residents of Voorschoten can officially call themselves Dutch citizens. The naturalization ceremony, presided over by Mayor Nadine Stemerdink, took place in the presence of family and friends.
During the meeting, the candidates took an oath of allegiance. By doing so, they pledge to respect the rights and obligations that come with Dutch citizenship.
