Using road verges
You may not use a roadside for any purpose other than its intended use. For example, you may not simply park or camp there. You need a authorisation from the municipality to do so.
What to do?
You apply for an exemption from the municipality. Please provide the following information with your application:
- why you want to use the road verge
- the location
- the date and time you wish to use the road verge
How long does it take?
You will receive a notification within 8 weeks regarding whether your exemption has been granted.
File an objection
Do you disagree with the municipality's decision? If so, you can submit an objection within 6 weeks.
