Entering a cordoned-off area
It is prohibited to enter an area that has been cordoned off by the municipality. If you wish to do so anyway, you must apply for an exemption.
What to do?
You can apply for the exemption from the municipality. Please provide the following information with your application:
- Which area is involved?
- Why you want to enter the area.
- The date and time when you would like to do this.
- The names of the people who wish to enter the area.
How long does it take?
You will receive a response from the municipality within 8 weeks regarding whether you will be granted the exemption.
File an objection
If you disagree with the decision of the municipality, you can submit an objection within 6 weeks.
