Change to the Personal Contribution Under the Social Support Act in 2024

The personal contribution (the monthly fee) for assistance or support under the Social Support Act (Wmo) will change effective January 1, 2024. The monthly fee will increase from €19 to €20.60. This decision was made by the Minister of Long-Term Care and Sports in response to rising costs for services and inflation. Residents who receive assistance or support under the Wmo were informed of this change by the CAK in November.
