Change to the Personal Contribution Under the Social Support Act in 2024

The user fee (the monthly rate) for assistance or support under the Social Support Act (Wmo) will change effective January 1, 2024. The monthly rate will increase from €19 to €20.60. This decision was made by the Minister for Long-Term Care Health , and Sports, in response to rising costs for services and inflation. Residents who receive assistance or support under the Wmo were informed of this change by the CAK in November.
