Weekend Closure, July 25–28: N206 Europaweg
From 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 25, through 6:00 a.m. on Monday, July 28, the N206 Europaweg in Leiden will be closed between the intersection with Hofvlietweg and Lammenschansplein. Traffic will be rerouted. However, the road between Voorschoten and Leiden City Center will remain open in both directions. This also applies to the bike paths and the waterway across the Vliet.
After the weekend, traffic conditions for vehicles heading to Vlietweg will change. For example, on the N206 coming from Leiden, it will no longer be possible to turn right onto Vlietweg. This is because a junction with the temporary road and the temporary Lammebrug will be constructed at that location. The temporary road will open to traffic at the end of this year.
