Placing Objects Near High-Voltage Power Lines
The municipality may prohibit you from placing any objects or other items near a high-voltage power line. It will specify a distance within which this is not permitted. The object may not be taller than 2 metre.
What to do?
Check the " environmental plan " (National Spatial Planning Map) to see if you are allowed to place objects in the " neighbourhood " (protection zones) of high-voltage power lines.

- how large the object is
- why you wish to place it
- when you wish to place the object and for how long
