Voorschoterweg at Lammenschansplein is closed to car traffic
From Monday, August 17, through Friday, August 21, between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., Voorschoterweg near Lammenschansplein will be closed to vehicular traffic. This is necessary for the construction of the new Trekvliet Bridge. Vehicular traffic will be rerouted.

The work will take place during the day as well as in the evening and at night. However, the road will remain open during the day. The night from Friday to Saturday is set aside for contingency work.
Steel sheet piles
Boskalis is installing long steel sheet piles for the new Trekvliet Bridge. Where possible, they are driven into the ground using low-noise methods. Where that is not possible, they are driven into the ground using vibration. The vibration caused by driving the sheet piles may be clearly audible in the immediate vicinity.
