Voorschoten Presents the 2022 Housing Market Report

The municipality of Voorschoten will present the 2022 Housing Market Monitor during the Housing, Land Use, and Green Spaces Committee meeting on Thursday, June 9, at 7:30 p.m. Residents of Voorschoten are cordially invited to attend this presentation from the public gallery in the Council Chamber of City Hall (Leidseweg 25).

The Housing Market Monitor provides statistical insight into, among other things, the structure and composition of Voorschoten’s (planned) housing stock. What are the projections for population growth through 2040? How will the housing stock develop through 2030, and how many new homes do we plan to build? What will be the share of public housing? The Housing Market Monitoranswers all these questions.

Other developments in the housing sector will also be examined in detail this evening. You will receive a general update on the national and regional housing priorities for 2022 and what we can expect leading up to 2023.
