Removal of a vehicle wreck from Krimkade

A wrecked vehicle—a red Opel with license plate SG-ZN-04—is parked on Krimkader. The owner has one week to remove the vehicle. After that, the municipality will remove the vehicle in accordance with the APV.

Article 5:5 Vehicle Wrecks

1. It is prohibited to park on the road a vehicle that is not properly maintained from a mechanical standpoint and is also in an obviously neglected condition.
2. 2. The prohibition does not apply to situations covered by the Environmental Management Act.
