Traffic Plan
In 2019, several traffic measures were implemented in the center of Voorschoten, stemming from the 2018 Voorschoten Center Plan and the Voorstraat Voorschoten Plan. This led to several objections from residents. Consequently, the Municipal Executive decided to commission a further study. The so-called Voorschoten City Center Traffic Study has now been completed and was sent to the city council for information just before the summer recess. Traffic Plan
The Municipality of Voorschoten has drawn up a traffic plan for the period 2017–2020.
In our traffic policy, we focus on improving:
- Traffic Safety
- Quality of Life
- Accessibility
Here, we distinguish between different types of traffic, namely pedestrians, bicyclists, public transportation, and motorized traffic. Parking is also addressed in the traffic plan.
