Registration of refugees in the municipality
It is important that all Ukrainian refugees register with the municipality. The purpose of registration is to ensure that the municipality knows who is located where so that vital and necessary assistance can be provided.
Ukrainians who have found temporary shelter with private individuals must register through the municipality of Voorschoten. This is done at the civil affairs department. You can schedule an appointment online with the municipality.

Reception and registration of Ukrainian refugees at a specific location designated by the municipality
Ukrainian refugees accommodated at a location designated by the municipality will be informed about the registration.
Medical Care
