Important Information for Ukrainian Refugees
Registration of Refugees with the Municipality
It is important that all Ukrainian refugees register with the municipality. The purpose of registration is to ensure that the municipality knows who is where so that it can provide vital and necessary assistance.
Ukrainians who have found temporary shelter with private individuals must register through the municipality of Voorschoten. This is done at the Civil Affairs Department. You can schedule an appointment online with the municipality.
