Registration of refugees in the municipality
Important that all Ukrainian refugees register in the municipality. The purpose of registration is to make sure that the municipality knows who is where in order to provide important and necessary assistance.
Ukrainians who have found temporary shelter with private individuals must register through the municipality of Voorschoten. This is done at the civil status department. You make an appointment online with the municipality.

Reception and registration of Ukrainian refugees at a designated location designated by the municipality
Ukrainian refugees received at the location designated by the municipality will be informed about registration.
Medical care
Ukrainian refugees are entitled to medically necessary (emergency) care in the Netherlands. For more information about the healthcare system in the Netherlands, visit the website www.zorgverzekeringslijn.nl/ukrainian.
