Real estate policy

The Municipality of Voorschoten has a new real estate policy. This policy addresses the ownership, management, and leasing of municipal buildings. Due to legislation— Markt , and Overheid—and our sustainability goals, it is important to carefully examine how we manage and use our real estate.

What is included in the policy document?

In the new policy document, we have outlined how we will make our municipal real estate future-proof. We provide direction for management and propose an efficient real estate organization. In doing so, we focus primarily on the strategic deployment of our real estate and the consideration of whether buildings should remain in our ownership or not.

With this new policy, we ensure that municipal real estate aligns well with the needs of Voorschoten, now and in the future.
