supervision Social Support Act (Wmo)

The municipality must ensure that support from the Wmo is properly arranged and safe. To this end, the municipality has established quality requirements. GGD Haaglanden checks whether the provisions meet these requirements.

When should you contact GGD Haaglanden?

Please contact GGD Haaglanden if you wish to report an incident related to the provision of support. You can do so whether you yourself are receiving support under the Wmo, or as a family member, carer , or caregiver of someone who is receiving support. This may involve incidents of violence, an unexpected death, a suicide (or attempted suicide), serious and/or permanent physical injury, mental suffering, serious inappropriate behaviour , or intimidating behaviour.
