Tourist Tax
The municipality charges a tourist tax because tourists use the municipality's facilities.
If you offer a place to stay, such as a hotel room, bed and breakfast, home, campsite, or other type of lodging, you must pay a tourist tax. This also applies if you rent out your home (in whole or in part) to tourists. You may pass this tax on to your guests.
Do your guests live in the same municipality as your accommodation? If so, you do not have to pay tourist tax for these guests. International employees and other people who do not live in the municipality are also subject to this tax.
