Building a Patio
- You need a “ licence ” if you want to set up a patio at your restaurant or bar. This applies even if you set up the patio on your own property.
- Be sure to apply for a " licence " permit if you want to install a flower box or street furniture.
If you wish to place screens, roofs or decking on your terrace, you may need to apply for a separate environmental licence for this.
How long does it take?
You will be notified within 8 weeks whether you will receive the " licence ."

If you disagree with the municipality's decision, please submit an objection within 6 weeks.
