Building a Patio

You need a permit if you want to set up a patio at your restaurant or bar. This applies even if you set up the patio on your own property.
Be sure to apply for a permit if you want to install a flower box or street furniture.

If you want to install screens, roofs, or decking on your patio, you may need to apply for a separate environmental permit.

Costs

You will be notified within 8 weeks whether you will receive the permit.

If you disagree with the municipality's decision, please file an appeal within 6 weeks.
