Subsidy scheme to stimulate the expansion of sports activities in the municipality of Voorschoten

With this subsidy, the municipality of Voorschoten aims to encourage the new construction or renovation of sports accommodations that lead to the expansion of sports facilities in Voorschoten. The target group for this subsidy scheme is a recreational sports association or management foundation. Through its activities, the recreational sports association must make a demonstrable positive contribution to the sports and exercise offerings in Voorschoten, as outlined in the established municipal policy goals in the current policy framework.

Who is it for?

The subsidy is intended for Voorschoten recreational sports associations or management foundations affiliated with a recreational sports association.

Activities eligible for subsidy

The grant helps increase the functionality of the sports facility, thereby expanding its sports amenities;

Amount of the subsidy

For applications under this theme, a minimum of € 7,500 and a maximum of € 200,000 can be requested per recreational sports association or management foundation during the term of this scheme, depending on the amount of eligible costs. Unless the subsidy ceiling provides insufficient room to award the stated minimum amount, less than the minimum may be allocated until the subsidy ceiling is reached.

How long does it take?

After applying for the subsidy online using the digital application form that you printed, filled out, and scanned, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. This will also state your dossier number.
Upon receipt, a processing period of a maximum of 8 weeks commences. This period can be extended once by a maximum of 4 weeks. You will be informed of the decision as soon as possible.
If the subsidy application is incomplete, the decision period will be postponed. Missing information will be requested if necessary.
If your application is approved, you will receive a decision stating the amount and the Requirements. This document will indicate whether you still need to submit a financial report (final statement).

Issues with using DigiD have been resolved!

Until recently, the 'extend session' button did not function properly with DigiD. This was due to a national security measure. Fortunately, this has been resolved.

If you take a temporary break and no activity is detected for a period of time, the message 'Extend session' will appear on your screen. This extension now functions properly again for applications submitted via DigiD.
