If you want to perform on the street, check with the municipality in advance to see if you need a permit.

What should I do?

You must apply for the exemption with the municipality. Please provide the following information:

  • the location of your performance
  • the date and time(s) of your performance

How long does it take?

You will receive a response from the municipality within 8 weeks regarding whether you will be granted the exemption.

File an objection

Do you disagree with the decision? If so, you can file an appeal within 6 weeks.
