Viewing urban development plans

The municipality is drawing up plans for areas where construction will take place. 
You can view these urban development plans at Ruimtelijkeplannen.nl.
This site lists the plans that entered the approval process before January 1, 2024, in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act (Wro).
Plans submitted after January 1, 2024, can be found under the “Rules” section at Map on the new Environmental Service Portal.

In an urban development plan, the municipality outlines how the area will be developed:

• high-rise or low-rise building
• residential or office spaces
• private sector properties or social rental housing
