View Urban Planning Proposals

The municipality is drawing up plans for areas where construction will take place. 
You can view these urban development plans at Ruimtelijkeplannen.nl.
This site lists the plans that entered the approval process before January 1, 2024, in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act (Wro).
Plans submitted after January 1, 2024, can be found under the “Rules on the Map” section of the new Environmental Service Portal.

In an urban development plan, the municipality outlines how the area will be developed:

  • high-rise or low-rise
  • residential or office spaces
  • private-sector housing or housing in the social rental sector

An urban development plan is part of an environmental plan.
