Sewer System Drawings / Blockage

If you suspect a blockage in the connection between your home and the main sewer line, you can request drawings of the sewer system from the municipality’s customer contact center (KCC) or arrange this online.

How long does it take?

You don't have to wait long for the drawings to be ready; you can pick them up at city hall right away. 

If you make the reservation online, you will receive a confirmation via email (within 10 minutes) 

The sewer system drawing will be sent to you by email within 2 business days.
