Public Space Notice

Reporting Issues in Public Spaces

Public spaces include areas that are accessible to everyone, such as squares, roads, parks, playgrounds, and sports fields. It’s important to keep these areas safe and clean for the community. If you notice something broken or in need of cleaning, you can notify the municipality. The municipality will address the issue as soon as possible.

Steps to Report an Issue:

  1. Identify the Problem: Note the specific issue, such as broken equipment, litter, or damaged infrastructure.
  2. Gather Details: Collect information about the location and nature of the problem. Photos can be helpful.
  3. Contact the Municipality: Use the municipality’s website or phone number to report the issue. Provide all relevant details.
  4. Follow Up: If necessary, follow up with the municipality to ensure the issue is being addressed.

How long does it take?

The municipality aims to process your report within 5 business days. However, this does not necessarily mean that the issues will be resolved within 5 business days. Sometimes more time is needed to resolve the issue.
