town hall , a shelter, is now ready

Over the past three weeks, a lot of hard work has gone into setting up the shelter for Ukrainian refugees at the “ town hall.”
Residents, business owners, foundations and nonprofit organizations, local contractors, members of the Lions and Rotary clubs, and government officials pitched in to help with odd jobs, cleaning, assembling furniture, and delivering supplies.

We are more than proud of this fantastic result. Voorschoten has shown itself at its very best.

Starting Monday, May 2, the refugees will move into the town hall.
