Reusing public information (Open Government Act request)
If you wish to reuse information that is already public (for example, for an article, thesis, or on your own website), you do not submit a Woo request, but a Who request. Who stands for the Public Information Reuse Act.
What to do?
Always state the following in your request:
- that it concerns a Who request;
- which information you wish to reuse and for how long;
- how you wish to receive the information;
- your contact details (name, address, telephone number, email address).
How long does it take?
You will receive a response regarding your request within 4 weeks. The municipality may extend this period by 2 weeks.
