Environmental plan adjust

Starting January 1, your municipality’s zoning plans will be converted to the “ environmental plan ” format.

By submitting a request to the municipality to amend the Land Use Plan ( environmental plan ), you can change the rules governing the use of land or buildings in a particular area. Anyone with a vested interest may request such an amendment—for example, if you live in that area.

Please note! If the “ environmental plan ” has been amended and you plan to begin construction afterward, you will still need an environmental permit for the construction. You can apply for this permit through the Omgevingsloket website at .
