On May 3, World Press Freedom Day, the municipality of Voorschoten will present a podcast featuring Ellen and Marjolein from the Voorschotense Krant. From Het Wapen van Voorschoten, they’ll share how their passion for the village led to a thriving, independent newspaper.

"Stories from Voorschoten" is a podcast that focuses on our village. From historical anecdotes to today’s events, the podcast showcases Voorschoten in all its facets. The first season focused on World War II and 80 years of freedom. In this second season, we’ll take you on a tour of the village.
