Fake letter about dog-related nuisances and DNA testing is circulating

A fake letter is circulating in Voorschoten, claiming that the municipality has changed its policy regarding the enforcement of dog waste cleanup. It states that DNA samples will be taken periodically from dog waste that has not been cleaned up, and fines will be issued if there is a DNA match with the dog in question. This letter is NOT from the municipality. It is likely a prank.
