Taking the Cirkelbus to Duivenvoorde to vote

During the municipal elections on March 18, seniors (60+) and residents with limited mobility can take the Cirkelbus for free to the polling station at Kasteel Duivenvoorde.

The Circle Bus

During the 800th anniversary, Duivenvoorde Castle will open its doors as a polling station for EN honour and one-time occasion. For this unique occasion, the Cirkelbus and the municipality of Voorschoten are working together to make voting accessible to everyone.

Registration on March 3, 4, and 5

To ensure the rides are scheduled properly, we kindly ask residents to register by phone in advance. This can be done up until election day by calling telephone number 06 81 35 13 73.

Voting on March 18

On March 18, the Cirkelbus will run from 09:00 to 21:00. This allows older residents (60+) and less mobile citizens to use this unique polling location and vote comfortably.

Please note: unfortunately, the Cirkelbus cannot transport wheelchairs. You must be able to board independently, possibly using a small lift.
