Red Cross Helpline
The Red Cross has opened a helpline for people who have fled Ukraine. Questions can be asked via WhatsApp in Ukrainian and English. Volunteers answer these questions in the language in which they are received. Where the Red Cross itself cannot help, callers are referred to specialised organisations.

People who wish to ask for or offer assistance in Dutch can contact the Dutch-language 'Ukraine Information Line'. For example, they can get in touch with questions about how to offer temporary accommodation. The Ukraine Information Line can be reached on working days between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM via 070-4455888.
