Honorary Award for Outgoing Council Member Sjoerd van den Dool

During the farewell ceremony for the “ municipal council ” on March 29, Mayor Nadine Stemerdink presented outgoing council member Sjoerd van den Dool with a royal honor. Sjoerd received the honor in recognition of his work as a council member over the past 12 years. During that time, in addition to being a very active council member, he also served as a committee chair and a member of the Holland Rijnland executive board. Amid loud applause, he was thanked for his tremendous dedication to the community.
