Honorary Award for Outgoing Council Member Sjoerd van den Dool

During the city council’s farewell ceremony on March 29, Mayor Nadine Stemerdink presented outgoing council member Sjoerd van den Dool with an honorary distinction. Sjoerd received the distinction in recognition of his work as a council member over the past 12 years. During that time, in addition to being a very active council member, he also served as a committee chair and as a member of the executive board of Holland Rijnland. Amid loud applause, he was thanked for his great dedication to the community.
