Liander is working on the power grid

From September 2026 through February 2027, Liander will be working on the power grid. The work will take place at the following locations: Symfoniepad, Palestrinalaan, Chopinlaan, Van Beethovenlaan, Grieglaan, Verdilaan, Mozartlaan, and Park Beresteyn.

Liander is replacing parts of the grid. First, new cables will be installed, and then the old cables will be removed. Local residents will receive a letter with more information about the work.

Why is Liander working on the power grid?

We are using and producing more and more energy—for lighting and heating our homes, electric cooking, and charging cars, among other things. To ensure this remains possible, we need to expand and strengthen our grid and prepare it for a sustainable future.
