How does it work?

Good to Know

  • Most Royal distinctions are awarded during the 'Lintjesregen' (decoration rain). The decoration rain takes place every year on the last working day before King's Day. Would you like to nominate someone for next year's decoration rain? The municipality of Voorschoten likes to receive your application before June 1.
  • If it concerns an interim presentation, in other words a presentation during a special occasion such as an anniversary or a farewell, you must submit the application no later than 6 months before the desired presentation date.
