Cadastral Information

You can request the following land registry information from the Land Registry:

• If you are unsure about the area of a parcel of land or the boundary between your property and your neighbor’s, you can ask the Land Registry to mark the boundaries on your property. Request a cadastral map at through the Land Registry.
• You can view the plans that were submitted for review before January 1, 2024, in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act (Wro), at Ruimtelijkeplannen.nl.
• Plans submitted after January 1, 2024, can be found under the " Rules " section on the map at on the new Environmental Services Portal.

The municipality, the Land Registry, and other private and government agencies are responsible for land surveying. The Land Registry’s survey is decisive in determining the area of a parcel. The municipality (or the Land Registry, acting on behalf of the municipality) also surveys the so-called underground infrastructure, such as cables and pipes, and marks it on a map.

Surveying data is topographic data. This includes, for example, data on the elevation and area of land or buildings, as well as data from measurements of trees, cables, pipelines, and property lines. The municipality uses this data when drafting the environmental plan.
