Youth Health Care

The municipality is responsible for youth health care. This includes health care for all children between the ages of 0 and 19. You and your child will receive an invitation to visit a child health clinic or your child’s school.

How does it work?

Among other things, the municipality offers support for the care, upbringing, and development of your child. This may include, for example:

  • Information and advice
  • Monitoring Your Child's Growth, Health, and Lifestyle
  • parenting classes or specialized training courses
  • Vaccinations for Young Children
  • heel prick test

The municipality is collaborating with other organizations on this.
