Rent assistance, subsidy
An application for a rent compensation subsidy based on the rent compensation subsidy scheme must be submitted between November 1 and December 31 of the year preceding the subsidy year.
Subsidies are available to compensate for rent increases resulting from the implementation of cost-covering rents from 1-1-2020 for municipal properties.
The municipality receives various subsidy applications. The municipality has a policy, an ordinance, and regulations in place to evaluate these applications. In doing so, the municipality aims to make it clear to everyone what requirements an application must meet to qualify for a subsidy.
How does it work?
- After clicking on a form under Direct online arrangements, you can begin the subsidy application process.
- During this process, the applicant is guided step-by-step through a series of questions designed to provide sufficient information for the application.
- When submitting the application, you will need the following information: address details and bank account number.
- You do not need to fill in the amount for the new rent.
- Completing the application takes approximately 10 minutes.
