The Ambachts- en Baljuwhuis Gets a New Tenant

Starting January 1, 2025, Grand Café and Restaurant Het Wapen will become the new tenant of the historic building at Voorstraat 12.

The municipality will make the building on Voorstraat more sustainable and perform maintenance on it. The tenant will then renovate the restaurant area themselves according to their own preferences and requirements. 

The new restaurant will add value to Voorstraat and our downtown area. This new tenant will also provide additional opportunities to honor the legacy associated with the property.
