Memorial Service for Deceased Children at Rosenburgh Memorial Park
Prior to the Evening of Lights, the municipality of Voorschoten is organizing a brief gathering to commemorate children who have passed away. This special gathering will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the memorial park. You are welcome to arrive starting at 5:00 p.m. There will be an opportunity to socialize until 7:00 p.m.
Brothers, sisters, parents, grandparents, and other family members can light a candle, say the names of the departed, listen to music, and share words of comfort and poems.

Would you like to attend the children’s memorial service? Please register in advance at lichtjesavond@voorschoten.nl. In your email, please indicate how many people will be attending and include the name, date of birth, and date of death of the deceased child. If you’d like, you can also include a nice photo of the child. You can register no later than Monday, December 8, at 12:00 p.m. If you register later than that, we cannot guarantee that the photo will be displayed.
