Land Policy

The Municipality of Voorschoten has ambitions and policies regarding spatial planning, housing, economy, facilities, and so forth. This translates into spatial projects and activities. Land policy is not an end in itself, but a means to implement spatial policy in an administratively and economically responsible manner. It provides instruments to direct spatial developments. This Policy Document therefore offers a 'toolbox' for the land policy to be conducted by the Municipality of Voorschoten. Land Price Letter

The Land Price Letter belongs to the Land Policy Document. The Land Price Letter is an elaboration of the 2026-2029 Land Policy Document. The starting point of the Land Price Letter is that the municipality issues land in accordance with the markt. This is in line with the Land Policy Document. Transparency and unambiguity are essential in this regard, so that clear (financial) agreements can be made at an early stage with future buyers of land.
